Explore Ancient egypt magic with our guide. Start your journey with the capital of Egypt (Cairo) by visiting the Egyptian Museum, the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx then Fly to Aswan for a 3 nights Egypt Cruise ship to Luxor. Visit the Temples of Philae, Kom Ombo and Edfu temple. Then while continuing our Luxury Nile cruise trip, we will visit the East & West Bank in Luxor. Then visit Hurghada egypt to enjoy snorkeling in the Red Sea. Later we will fly back to Cairo.

ItINERARY

Meet and assist at Cairo international Airport, then escort you to the hotel in a vehicle with air- conditioned. Overnight in Cairo.

Breakfast.

Visit the great pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx.

The Great Pyramid of Khufu: the first and the largest pyramid of the three pyramids of Giza it is suggested that it took 20 years to build, with 10 years alone spent preparing the site and building the causeway.

Pyramid of Khafre: the second pyramid and it is believed to have taken a similar amount of time to construct, around 20 to 25 years.

Pyramid of Menkaure: The third pyramid and the smallest of the three and likely took less time to build, possibly 15 to 20 years.

 

The Sphinx is a monumental statue located In Giza government with the three pyramids of Giza. It is a limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a human.

 

visit the Egyptian Museum.

The Egyptian Museum in Cairo is home to one of the largest collections of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world. It houses over 120,000 items, including mummies, sarcophagi, jewelry, and statues, spanning over 5,000 years of Egyptian history.

The museum also houses the largest collection of Pharaonic antiquities in the world, like:

 

The treasures of Tutankhamun, including his iconic gold mask.

The Royal Mummies Room, which contains the mummified remains of famous pharaohs such as Ramses II.

The Narmer Palette, which depicts the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt.

 

Back to the hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Breakfast.

Transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan.

On arrival, transfer and board your Nile cruise ship in time for lunch on board.

Later, visit the Aswan High Dam and Old Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk before an onboard dinner in Aswan.

The Aswan High Dam is one of the largest embankment dams in the world that was Completed in 1970. The dam was built to regulate the flow of the Nile, prevent flooding, and store water for irrigation. It also generates a significant amount of Egypt’s electricity through hydroelectric power.

The Aswan old dam is located on the Nile River in Aswan, Egypt. It was the first dam built across the Nile and played a crucial role in controlling the river’s flow and providing water for irrigation. It was completed in 1902 and it was one of the largest masonry dams in the world at the time.

The Unfinished Obelisk is believed to have been commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut during the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom. It is located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt in Aswan, where many of the most significant obelisks and statues were carved.

It includes two temples which are the Great Temple that was Built by Pharaoh Ramesses II, who ruled Egypt from 1279 to 1213 BCE. It was dedicated to the gods Amun, Ra-Horakhty, Ptah, and the deified Ramesses II. and the second temple is The Small Temple that was dedicated to the goddess Hathor and Queen Nefertari (Ramesses II’s wife).

First the temples were located on the west bank of the Nile River in Nubia, south of Aswan but in the 1960s, the construction of the Aswan High Dam threatened to submerge the Abu Simbel Temples under the rising waters of Lake Nasser. To save the monuments, an international effort led by UNESCO relocated the temples to higher ground. Then The temples were carefully cut into large blocks, moved to their new location 65 meters higher and 200 meters further inland.

After lunch on your ship, sail to KomOmbo and stop to visit its temple

The Temple of Sobek, also known as the Temple of Kom Ombo, which is Located in the city of Kom Ombo in Aswan Governorate, the temple was dedicated to the worship of two ancient Egyptian gods, Sobek and Horus. As a result, the temple is divided into two sections, each dedicated to one of the two gods.

This evening, cruise to Edfu with dinner on board.

Then, sail to Esna Lock over an onboard lunch, and continue sailing to Luxor to visit Luxor &Karnak temples.

n the afternoon transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea.
